Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Gather fruit juice, unflavored gelatin, and granulated sugar.
- Blooming the Gelatin: Sprinkle gelatin over a portion of fruit juice in a bowl and let it sit for 5-10 minutes to bloom.
- Heat the Mixture: Warm the remaining fruit juice in a saucepan over low heat. Add bloomed gelatin and stir until dissolved.
- Add Sugar: Gradually add sugar to the warm mixture, stirring until fully dissolved.
- Pour the Mixture: Pour the mixture into molds or a dish lightly coated with oil.
- Refrigerate: Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until set.
- Unmold: Remove gummies from molds or cut into desired shapes if using a dish.
